Shredpack© cardboard shredders are backed by a limited warranty, provided exclusively for the original purchaser. This warranty covers:

• Electrical components for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Cutting assembly for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

If a defect arises within the applicable warranty period, Shredpack©, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective part with an equivalent component at no charge to the original purchaser. This warranty covers replacement parts only and does not include labor or shipping costs for repairs.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty is void under the following conditions:

1. Damage or misuse – If the product has been damaged due to accident, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, lack of lubrication, vandalism, improper service, power supply issues, acts of nature, or any cause unrelated to material or workmanship defects.
2. Inspection requirements – All parts must be returned at the end user’s expense to ShredPack – Mklak Global Pvt Ltd . for inspection and verification of the warranty claim.
3. Maintenance log requirements – The end user must maintain a handwritten log, signed and dated by the maintenance technician, documenting all scheduled maintenance as outlined in the Operating Instructions and Start-Up Manual. Electronic logs are not accepted due to the potential for falsification.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Shredpack©. be liable for:

• Loss of product use
• Removal or reinstallation costs
• Transportation damage
• Special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from machine performance or use

This limited warranty replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No warranties exist beyond those explicitly stated here.
