Ltd. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms
& Conditions.

1. Products

ShredPack manufactures cardboard shredders, packaging
machines, paper void fill solutions, consumables and accessories. Product
specifications may change without prior notice.

2. Orders

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed payment
or advance payment. Once confirmed, production or procurement may begin
immediately.

3. Pricing

• Prices are in INR.

• GST is applicable.

• Prices may change until an order is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to
production or logistics.

5. Warranty

As per the warranty policy outlined in Warranty section.

6. EMI Payments

EMI options are offered through participating banks via
Razorpay. Approval, tenure, interest and charges are decided by the respective
bank.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos and documents remain the property
of MkLak Global Pvt. Ltd.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the
product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction
shall be Rajkot, Gujarat.
